He combines experience in private equity, investment banking, and global operational management with proven success as a CEO, leading companies through growth and transformation. This combination delivers a perspective that goes beyond the spreadsheet — understanding not only how to model value, but how to build it. With a master’s degree in M&A and Business Valuation and an MBA from an elite Swiss business school complementing his professional background, his approach is rooted in a strong financial foundation, strategic perspective, and hands-on execution. At Oaktree, this translates into systematic execution at scale and building repeatable models for successful performance and value creation, ensuring that controlled risk, innovation, and compounding deliver sustainable long-term returns for our investors.
